● Cooperation terms

We are ready to meet and to consider any variants of cooperation. Our preliminary conditions for the execution of orders:

1. Technical assignment drawn up by the customer in any form (the result depends entirely on the accuracy of descriptions, illustrations are welcome). The program is performed in full compliance with this TK in the event of non - redesigns/cloak for free, in case of amending the original TK the cost of adaptation will be discussed separately.

2. The oral contract, the advance payment of 50% but not more than 50$ to the start of work, the rest is in fact (possible phased implementation).

3. When concluding written contracts, the project cost increased by 200-500% in bureaucratic costs (negotiated separately)

4. Transfer of finished software product to the customer takes place via the sharing service of file Yandex.Disk that has a built-in scan files for viruses.

Unfortunately, a large part of our work to demonstrate not possible, because confidentiality and obligations of non-disclosure customer information, whether by reason of the fact that the development serves as a component of another more complex system and not an independent software wrapper.
